UK Youth Parliament in Swindon are looking to have a committee of young people to help them out with their work. These people have to be 11-18 and are looking to improve the lives of Swindon's young poeple.

Well, I havn't really posted much the last few weeks but thats because I have been busy busy busy working on what UK Youth Parliament are going to be working on in the next 6 months.
I am pleased to announc that transport, media and Sex Relationships Education are the topics we will be working on.
Look out for the consultation surveys coming your way and encourage your school to get their students to fill them out.
Right, have to go as I have about 10 surveys to write!

From 19th July 08 I attended the 8th UK Youth Parliament Annual Sitting. At the 4 day youth summit, held at Exeter University, I joined three hundred young people to work on campaigns and recieve appropriate training.
The summit was also a perfect oppurtunity to launch UK Youth Parliaments three national campaigns, voted for at the house of Lords.
